Convenient and Clean Stay

warm greeting lobby decor convenient restaurant punctual shuttle

I was greeted warmly upon arrival and found the lobby decor gorgeous. The on-site restaurant was convenient (I was so hungry!) and the food tasted great. Staff was very polite and quick. Shuttle service was punctual and the driver was friendly and helpful.

I found the parking fee a bit unexpected.

Facilities

9/10

The pool area had tables with umbrellas available and kept clean daily. I saw some games for adults and kids to play near the pool. A 24-hour snack center offered quick bites.

Service

9/10

The front desk employees were professional and helpful. I noticed quick problem resolution. The cleaning service was excellent. Towels were arranged creatively. The shuttle service offered constant communication through messaging.

Rooms

9/10

The suite was comfortable, nice, and clean, which I really appreciated. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were available (I almost forgot mine!). The bathroom felt huge to me.

Dining

8/10

The restaurant staff provided very good service and the food tasted delicious. Breakfast service at the hotel was good. I found the restaurant very convenient.

Convenient stay near the airport

complimentary shuttle friendly reception clean room really good service

The complimentary airport shuttle service ran quickly. I received a friendly welcome from Bella at reception. My room was super clean and cozy. Nate, the shuttle driver, offered Really good service after a rental car issue.

The hotel charges a daily fee for parking which felt a little unnecessary.

Dining

8/10

The hotel restaurant provides a small setting for dining with three tables. It is surrounded by workstations (a bit unusual). I found the menu to be relatively high-priced considering the limited options available.

Rooms

9/10

The suite provided central ac. The room size was great (it was a spacious suite). A comfortable king bed and separate living area with a sofa bed provided ample space. The rooms felt safe.

Facilities

9/10

A fitness center with modern equipment offers convenience. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. A clean outdoor pool allows guests to relax and unwind after a busy day.

Location

10/10

The hotel's location is very convenient to the airport, minimizing travel time. It is easy to avoid traffic worries (this is very valuable). You can reach the terminals quickly using the complimentary shuttle.
